 Shipping Policies
Most orders ship within 2 weeks. Occasional delays may occur depending on current availability of style and size so please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed.
International Shipmments-We are pleased to offer shipping to most countries. Once your order is ready to ship (2-3 weeks processing time), we will ship via US Postal Service Global Priority. Average delivery is 7-10 business days once package clears Customs. All packages are insured and include tracking numbers. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and delivered. FirstCommunionDirect.com is not liable for any delays and shipping is non refundable. Shipping fee is $45.00 for all overseas orders.
USA Shipments-Ground shipping is flat rate $9.95. Express shipments are $35.00. NOTE: Processing time still applies. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received so please allow sufficient time to receive your order!

Save time and money! Please take a moment to measure your child using our online sizing chart.
Standard stock items may be returned for credit or exchange. These items include:

WHITE dresses sizes 6 through 14

Veils, Gloves, Sweaters and other accessories
Items that are not returnable. These include:

sizes 12mos mos through 5 (these are considered special orders)

Flower girl dresses in colors other than all white

Multiple purchases-if you wish to order more than one dress or veil. All sales are final. NOTE: The exception is for twins. In this case, we will allow exchanges on size or style only and no credit allowed. Why? Many customers purchase multiple dresses or veils with the intention of returning unwanted items. Since we are selling seasonal items and have limited time to resell, this leaves our company with a tremendous financial burden. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

Return Requests
Return requests must be emailed to us within 3 days of receiving merchandise. All returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks. All tags must be attached and merchandise must be in saleable condition. Email us the following:
