Most of our products are in stock and available for immediate shipping. Most orders ship in 1-2 business days and often same day (if ordered by 10:00am ET). Unlike most online stores, our apparel is stocked in our own warehouse. Most online stores do not stock any merchandise. They depend on manufacturers to drop ship the first communion dresses directly from their warehouse to the customer. Unfortunately by doing this, the online store has no idea whether the merchandise is actually available when they accept your order.
First Communion Direct has a computerized system which allows us to view our Christian Expressions Collection stock. We remove sold out merchandise as soon as possible. Please note that during first communion season (January-May) inventory moves very quickly. We will notify you immediately via email if any items are not available for immediate shipping.
Beware of online stores offering very low prices on first communion dresses and veils. Most often these websites are located in China. They are using unauthorized photos from legitimate manufacturers and selling cheap knockoffs. You are also exposing your credit card information to overseas individuals.

Shipping Costs:
International: First Class international mail is $34.95. This is the most cost effective but takes the longest. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery once the order has shipped. If you require your order faster, we also offer global express for additional charge.
USA Ground: Starts at $7.95. Orders over $150 are free
Returns: We offer exchanges on all merchandise. You must return with the exchange form included in the shipping box or you may print one from our website. We do not offer refunds as our merchandise is seasonal. Please measure your child and compare to our sizing chart which is accurate. Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of receiving merchandise.
Due to very high volume, we ask that orders be placed through our website. We have designed a very simple, easy to use website with secure checkout to make your shopping experience pleasant.
Ordering online ensures accuracy and allows us the time needed to process the large volume of daily orders. We pride ourselves on 99% same day fill rate.

Christian Expressions Collection® is stocked in our Rhode Island, USA warehouse. We maintain a tremendous stock year round. Of course there will be times when styles/sizes will sell out. We do our best to remove these items from our website as quickly as possible but occasionally they may be still displayed . We will email you promptly if an item is unavailable.
